From Reservation to the Water

1. Choose Your Rental & Dates

Start by browsing our available boats and personal watercraft. Select the rental that fits your group and the activities you have planned, then continue to our online reservation system to check availability for your preferred date or dates.

Current availability and applicable pricing are shown during the reservation process.

2. Log In or Create Your Customer Account

When continuing through the online reservation system, sign in to your existing customer account. If you do not already have an account, you will be able to create one as part of the reservation process.

Your customer account helps you manage important reservation information and access documents associated with your rental.

3. Choose Add-Ons

Select any available add-ons you would like to include with your rental. Available options depend on the rental selected and equipment availability.

Add-ons are optional. If you do not need any additional equipment, simply continue without selecting one.

4. Choose Delivery or Customer Pickup

Select an available delivery location during the reservation process or choose customer pickup if you plan to transport an eligible rental yourself.

Delivery charges vary by location and will be shown before your reservation is completed.

5. Review & Complete Your Reservation

Review your selected rental, reservation dates, add-ons, delivery or pickup choice, pricing, and other reservation details before completing checkout.

Reservations are paid in advance. Your rental is not considered reserved until the reservation process and required payment have been successfully completed.

6. Review & Sign Your Rental Agreement

After your reservation is completed, review the rental agreement and required documents associated with your reservation through your customer portal.

The required rental agreement must be reviewed and signed before possession of the rental is transferred.

7. Coordinate Your Pickup or Delivery Time

Before the first day of your reservation, Lake Jordan Boat Rentals will coordinate the specific pickup or delivery time with you.

The standard full-day rental window begins at 7:00 AM, but every rental does not have to be picked up or delivered at exactly 7:00 AM. The actual handoff time is coordinated based on the day's rental schedule and your reservation arrangements.

8. Complete the Rental Handoff & Inspection

The primary operator must be present when taking possession of the rental.

Before the rental is released, a pre-rental inspection is completed and the condition of the vessel is documented. Any existing damage or concerns should be identified during this process.

Operating and safety information will also be reviewed before the vessel is released.

9. Enjoy Your Rental

Once the required documents, inspection, and handoff process are complete, you're ready to enjoy your time on the water.

The primary operator remains responsible for safe operation of the rental and compliance with applicable boating laws and rental requirements throughout the rental period.

10. Return or Scheduled Retrieval

At the end of the rental period, return the rental according to the pickup arrangement or have the rental ready for retrieval if delivery was selected.

After return, applicable post-rental items such as fuel usage, condition, equipment, and other incidental charges may be reviewed.
