Delivery & Pickup Options
Lake Jordan Boat Rentals offers customer pickup and delivery options depending on the rental, destination, and availability. Delivery charges vary by location and are selected during the reservation process.
Customer Pickup
Customers may choose to pick up an eligible rental instead of selecting delivery. When customer pickup is selected, the renter is responsible for transporting the rental to and from the approved launch location or destination.
Rentals that require towing must be transported using a properly equipped tow vehicle and compatible hitch equipment.
Delivery Service
Delivery is available to select locations for an additional charge. When delivery is selected, Lake Jordan Boat Rentals transports the rental to the selected delivery location and returns to retrieve it at the end of the rental period unless otherwise arranged.
Delivery availability may depend on the rental selected, destination, reservation dates, and scheduling availability.
Delivery Charges
Delivery pricing varies by location. The applicable delivery charge is shown during the online reservation process when an available delivery location is selected.
Delivery charges are added to the reservation total before checkout.
Available Delivery Locations
Available delivery locations are shown during the reservation process. Customers should select the location that best matches where they plan to use the rental.
If the desired location is not listed, customers should contact Lake Jordan Boat Rentals before completing the reservation to determine whether delivery may be available.
Scheduling Pickup or Delivery
After the reservation has been completed, the pickup or delivery time for the first rental day will be coordinated before the reservation begins.
Customers should ensure that they are available at the agreed time and location for the rental handoff.
Launch & Rental Handoff
Depending on the delivery or pickup arrangement, Lake Jordan Boat Rentals may assist with the launch and rental handoff process.
The primary operator must be present for the required inspection, rental documentation, and handoff before taking possession of the vessel.
Return & Retrieval
Customers who select pickup are responsible for returning the rental according to the agreed return instructions.
When delivery is selected, retrieval of the rental at the end of the rental period is included unless otherwise stated.
