Pricing Policy

Base Rental Pricing

Each rental has its own daily rental rate based on the vessel and equipment selected. Current pricing and availability are displayed through our online reservation system.

Full-Day Rentals

Reservations are offered as full-day rentals. The standard single-day rental window is from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Pickup at 7:00 AM is not required, and later pickup or delivery times may be coordinated. Partial-day and half-day rentals are not currently available to reserve.

Demand-Based Pricing

Rental prices may vary depending on the selected date and expected demand. Higher-demand dates, including certain weekends and holidays, may have different pricing than lower-demand dates.

The price displayed through the online booking system for your selected dates is the applicable rental price before you complete your reservation.

Multi-Day Rental Discounts

Multi-day rentals are available. Applicable multi-day discounts are automatically calculated through our online booking system.

When eligible, renting for seven days includes the seventh rental day at no additional base rental charge.

Taxes & Payment Processing

Applicable taxes and payment-related charges are calculated during checkout and shown before the reservation is completed.

Payment processing fees and other third-party transaction charges may be non-refundable even when a reservation is rescheduled or otherwise adjusted.

Delivery Charges

Delivery is available to select locations for an additional charge. Delivery pricing varies by location and is added to the reservation when a delivery option is selected.

When delivery is selected, pickup of the rental at the end of the rental period is included unless otherwise stated.

Optional Add-Ons

Optional rental equipment and other available add-ons are not included in the base rental price unless specifically stated.

Available add-ons may be selected during the reservation process and are added to the total reservation price.

Fuel Charges

Fuel is not included in the rental price. Rentals are provided with fuel, and renters are not required to refill the vessel before return.

After the rental, Lake Jordan Boat Rentals will determine the amount of fuel used and charge the applicable fuel amount separately. A minimum fuel charge may apply.

Security Hold

A $600-$1200 security hold (this is not a deposit) is required on the credit card on file. The security hold is separate from the rental price and may be used for applicable incidental charges such as fuel, damage, late returns, lost equipment, cleaning, or other charges permitted by the rental agreement.

Reservation Payment

Reservations are paid in advance through our online booking system. A rental is not considered reserved until the reservation process and required payment have been completed.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

Reservations are generally non-refundable unless cancellation is due to an error or fault of Lake Jordan Boat Rentals. Monitoring and verifying weather conditions are the renter's responsibility.

Eligible reservations may be rescheduled to another available date in accordance with our rental policies. Certain payment processing or transaction fees may remain non-refundable.

This Pricing Policy provides general information about how rental pricing and related charges are handled. The official rental agreement and the pricing shown during checkout govern the applicable charges for an individual reservation.
